Most of our products will come with a warranty, which gives you peace of mind knowing you’re buying a vacuum that does what it says it will. But if you bought a vacuum without a warranty, lost the warranty, or are outside the warranty period, you should know where and how you can get your vacuum repaired in the case of a malfunction.
If It Ain’t Broke, don’t fix it! Or if it is broken, let us take a look at what could be repaired before you put down money for a new vacuum. A quality vacuum should last for years, but occasionally parts fail. We stock vacuums and accessories from over 40 brands, so we’re familiar with the parts and attachments that fit with every product we sell.
Repair Policy: If you purchased a vacuum from us, and it is still under its parts and labour warranty, your repair is free! If your vacuum is not, or was purchased from another retailer, we can still provide you with a free estimate on our repair. Whether the problem is internal (affecting the vacuum’s suction), electrical (broken or damaged power cord), or something you just can’t put your finger on, bring it to us and we’ll take a look.
